“Trying to build the most sustainable modern town” [video]

Seems that Bing maps trumps Google in deepest Panama, but both differ considerably:

So is it sustainable to get interns to build your town for you?

Um, that does not look modern or sustainable.

I'm a bit confused myself. I've gone on camping trips with more modern surroundings (some of my relatives versions of camping are a bit... uhm... no creature comfort left behind).

It looks like an excuse to tell people you're saving the world when you're really going on vacation.

Wasn't this the plot to The Beach (2000)?
