Ask HN: How to write such an agreement between founders?

We want to write an agreement that says that founders can't take their internal problems to board / investors before sorting things out themselves.

Basically so that all inter-founder conflicts are resolved without taking it to people who have power to affect the company.

Is there a template for such document?
