Care to expand on that? You do realize that Windows dominates the gaming market, right? (and don't respond with anything involving mobile please).

It was just a cheap jab at Windows, cuz everybody likes to slam Windows! Agreed, Windows dominates gaming market.

My interest is in machine learning, so I would like to see decent Linux drivers and more work on the OpenCL environment.

Technically, iOS dominates the gaming market :)

The open-source AMD drivers on my AMD APU work perfectly (albeit it is not new nor is it high-end), what problems are you having?

Your point is kind of invalid, most users of AMD GPU's are gamers and gamers run Windows

They are not that bad, I have an APU laptop and they work flawlessly so far. However, owning an Nvidia rig, the nvidia drivers are much much better.
