Ask HN: Give feedback on my game developer apprentice program

Over the past half year I have been trying to design the absolutely most fair co-operation/apprentice program for my growing games company. The goal being to excite very talented developers that would normally be uninterested in working with someone else.

In that regard I would very much like feedback on the program from those developers -- so here we are!

TL;DR of the program: Get paid enough to live comfortably for creating FRVR games 24 hours / week. In your free time create your own games under the FRVR brand with a 50/50% unlimited revenue share or simply have a 3 day work week.
