AFAIK, Swift runs on Ubuntu, I think they've ported a large part of the Foundation framework to Swift.

On Windows, some people reported about using Swift under the new Bash for Windows (Windows Subsystem for Linux).

Runs fine on the upcoming (almost-released) FreeBSD 11.0, Ubuntu & other Linuxes as well as Android. Not sure about Windows support, but people are working on that.

It runs fine on Ubuntu, but you might need umake to install it, or compile from source if still using 14.04 LTS.

The GCC ABI 5.0 breakage doesn't play well with Swift source code, when using their own binaries.

I'm pretty sure I saw a port for Arch as well.

I wouldn't call it a "port", but basically the Ubuntu binaries are universal enough that you can unpack the .deb, symlink a few things to match Ubuntu naming and run the binaries on Arch.
