Sheriff Arpaio’s Cyber Crimes Unit Makes Quick Arrest
Since this comes from Arpaio’s office and involves a person from foreign descent, I highly doubt the impartiality of this case.
contradiction 1 The link indicated there were 1,849 clicks on that particular link. The Surprise Police Department received the over (100) hang up 911 phone calls within a matter of minutes due to this cyber-attack and were in immediate danger of losing service to their switches.
>Are you saying that the 911 system is so weak that 100 calls in minutes will shut it down?
lack of evidence The Peoria Police Department and the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office also received a large volume of these repeated 911 hang up calls and had the potential danger of losing service throughout Maricopa County. (define large volume?)
'Meetkumar Hiteshbhai Desai DOB 04/08/1998 (18) has been arrested and booked into the 4th Avenue Jail on (3) counts of Computer Tampering a class 2 felony.' Assuming the charges are right and he did err. I honestly think this overreach by the justice system, and slapping Computer Tampering case is going to cause Aaron Swartz 2.0 and many more.
A felony charge for 18 yr old for 100 calls to 911 seems motivated considering Arpaio’s illegal targeting of immigrants.
