There needs to only be two examples for the statement to be true. I know of Tesla's Fremont factory, I'm assuming there is another?

Those factories were never and are never going to return.

But these new factories are all located in Mexico. So that's a huge problem for these American people who are not in Mexico.

Shouldn't these new factories replace the old factories in the same town?
