Well, I guess you could have cancer that resembled being pregnant. I seriously doubt anyone would object to killing that, though.
For a fetus that is a fetus but that still needs to be aborted, see ectopic pregnancy (when the embryo attaches outside the uterus -- this is, "untreated", generally fatal to the mother).
This is just more patriarchy determining how a woman can or cannot use and live with her body. It's so wrong.
