Maybe fast, but lightweight and scalable web server is on the list?
(joking a bit, but there isn't a notable GPL licensed web server, is there?)
There's Cherokee, but it doesn't seem to be in active development.
Why would that be on the list? Isn't there already a solution? It doesn't need to be GPL licensed for getting FSF recognition - a non copyleft but Libre license is fine.
Stop the page load, and the content will come up. www.fsf.org seems to be fine, but static.fsf.org seems to be having trouble.
