It is eminently clear that the muslim ban executive order was drafted, written, and released without any of the normal communication, forewarning, or legal reviews. The AG is 100% within their duties to the nation and the constitution to say that they will not enforce something of that nature.

Considering that she was well within her rights and duties of office, it would be _highly_ irresponsible to leave her key position vacant, especially at this time of so much induced chaos.
