This sounds like victim-blaming to me. I guess you think that women who are sexually harassed or even assaulted should be "working towards creating an atmosphere of inclusion" too, right?
You don't get to point at abuses subjected onto yourself by individuals as a way to excuse abusing other individuals.
The OP is angry because he's being marginalized by a group of individuals simply because of his race. So he engaged in the exact same behavior and marginalized some other group of individuals based solely on their race.
This is the literal cycle of hatred that keeps us divided.
And when would a woman turn around and sexually abuse another individual? How often does that happen? Pretty much never. I think I've heard of maybe two instances of sexual abuse by females in my entire life, and they weren't in tech (one was a publicized case at a Domino's Pizza about 25 years ago, just to give you an idea). Cases of abuse by men are extremely commonplace.
Two wrongs do not make a right, and this kind of comment does not meet the hackernews guidelines for quality posts. I hope you reflect on your hypocrisy.

No, it was not. Saying "maybe we'll even see some" is not the same as saying "all".
