Ask HN: Global warming, what can I really do?

Hi guys, i'm sorry but i'm really depressed after watching Before the Flood last weekend. As far as i understand it's already too late, but even though still nobody really cares. maybe thats the best thing we can do before the really ugly stuff starts. and i'm not taking about weather, snow storms etc. i'm talking about millions of desperate people who start to move and we should be prepared somewhow to help and provide space and stuff. otherwise it gets reeealy ugly... how can u still just work and focus? thanks.
