Clinton's use of private email was an issue because she was dealing with classified information, and because she did not provide the State Department with copies of all of her work-related emails upon request. She is accused of committing at least two serious crimes.

Pence, to my knowledge, has not been accused of committing any crime here.

And vice versa. The Guardian in particular were rather more relaxed regarding Hilary's usage of a private email (and the highly questionable activities which followed) than they are here.
