Subscription Shopping cart service?

Is there an existing service that allows small businesses to build shopping carts and allow subscribers to those products?

The prime example would be an organic food delivery service, where customers pay a monthly fee, and get to choose their weekly products within the budget of their subscription.

Any ideas?
