Ask HN: What do you use to write project plans or timetables?

I use google docs at the moment which is fine for most of the things. Would like the plans to look a little nicer though. Does anyone use anything to create project plans? Set deadlines, produce Gaant charts, assign tasks? (trello is good, but it's not easy to see the whole roadmap for the year).
