Ask HN: Tool for regression testing visualization?

I want to implement regression testing into open source project I'm working on. Scripts to run tests are ready, but I can't find a tool that will present results in human readable form.

Essential feature would be simple comparison of tests results from different versions of code with csv or HTML export, but some filtering and history data could be helpful. There are several proprietary solutions for UI testing that include similar features, but surprisingly I can't find anything standalone just for visualization. Closest thing is Test Results Analyzer plugin for Jenkins:

I not sure how I feel about adding Jenkins into workflow just for tests. Anyone have experience with this? Is there anything I could use or it's will be easier to implement one from scratch / use Jenkins?
