Why have you disabled javascript?

Mostly to try to avoid javascript vulnerabilities, to limit exposure to ads and tracking, and to have a nice consistent web experience without all the design annoyances of Web 2.0 (or is it 3.0 by now?).

It is reassuring to know that I am not the only one attempting to avoid as much as possible the "paradigm shift" of Web 2.0/3.0, thanks for the note.
