I think not. They still have the same (biggest) ownership, but they are not the same company. FCA still owns Lamborghini, though.

As mentioned above, Lambo is VW, but FCA retains Alfa and Maserati.

Oops, I meant Maserati.

Lamborghini is Audi (VW Group).
