That's a rather interesting color choice. I thought my browser broke or something seeing that bright red with oh dear written all over it. It did get my attention!
Yup, seconded. My first thought was that I was seeing Chrome's no SSL warning. I'd recommend changing the colour scheme, even just slightly.
