Flipkart says it won't let me add my “protonmail” id as it is a promotional mail

So recently I started changing my Gmail id registered to different services with my protonmail id. Everywhere I was able to use that except at Flipkart. I wrote to customer support and after three days they replied that it can't be added as it is promotional mail. They gave me one more reason to prefer Amazon over Flipkart.
