Ask HN: Best cross platform desktop and mobile stack with good ML support

I have an idea for an app that would work across all major desktop and mobile platforms and would like to avoid too much coding for each platform. The app should be responsive, should be able to handle files and storage efficiently and should also not cause any major inconvenience if I decide to add certain machine learning features in subsequent versions. What tech stack suits the best?
