yeah, I worked it out in the end, but the Ux design is so bad there is no way I'm taking their recommendations for software seriously. Given the upvotes my original comment is getting, seems others are having the same issue.
If you think that UX is bad, then I am sorry to state you are one of the reasons why the web is so bloated and slow in the first place.
