Ask HN: Are there technological solutions in place to assist HK protestors?

My viewpoint is limited to what i scrounge up on the web, and it seems like the protestors are pretty well organized (tear gas extinguishers, coordinated action in airports).

My question: when the power and internet to HK are turned off this week, what methodology are they planning to use to get videos of the slaughter out to the rest of the world?
