- right pricing - minimal feature set - good slack integration - decent markdown support

Does the self hosted version store all the data on the hosting system?

Nope, you'd use your own postgres database if self-hosting

So all data is stored in the postgres db?

I was looking into the github/outline and saw some references to AWS/S3. That’s the reason I am asking if all data goes to the self-hosting system.

Documents are stored in the DB in Markdown, other Image uploads etc go to S3
