Ask HN: What are your cases against hiring from a career accelerator if any?

I'm building a school for remote development(https://carrom.io/school)

I've received some comments on people not wanting to hire from career accelerators or boot camps.

If you are founder/leader of a remote team, I'd be happy to know your case against hiring from career accelerators so that I can fix it.
