Ask HN: Spare Android- voice activated translater

I have a spare Android that is like to use as a voice activated translator- my goal is to say a keyword to my phone with screen off and then say my sentence and hear its translation in a pre-defined language.

Eg. I say- "phoneBabel- I will dry clothes now" and I hear back it's translation to Spanish. What solutions exist today?

Edit: Translator
