Testing 1 USD a month VPS CPU, well, it is flagged now

I'm paying $8 per year. You can get deals like that all the time on lowendbox.com and lowendtalk.com

To be able to sell a 1/month USD VPS it seems likely a provider could be overselling, using cheap hardware, or something else.
