Show HN: Build WhatsApp Business Bot Without Coding (By WhatsApp Partner)
I am a part of WATI.io by Clare.AI, an official business partner of WhatsApp Business Solutions.
We've been working on building useful CRM solutions to help businesses run their customer support effectively through WhatsApp. Some of our current features include - self service template submission, message broadcasting, mobile apps, managing contacts, etc.
However, we have recently launched Automation feature that we're really proud of. Using this businesses can build a WhatsApp Chatbot within minutes without any coding or integration.
This supports exact keyword matching and fuzzy matching.
Here's a video demo of this feature - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nt9YpG7ZPaY
We're constantly looking for feedback. If you get a chance, please share some feedback on this feature.
