When everyone understands that agile tasks are estimated but then at the end of the sprint they’re treated like a fact to enforce an ostensible due date
This is such a common issue. Estimates are not commitments. When in your process does this estimate get created? Is it during a backlog grooming or a sprint planning session or some other time? Also, who is doing the estimating?
