Ask HN: Signal that I am interested in visa as a perk

Hi there,

I am interested in leaving the northern European country I live in and relocate to the US, possibly permanently.

The problem is while I do have around 7 years experience developing software full stack with multiple languages, I do not have a college degree, my involvement with programming evolved rather later in life.

From what I see here I can only qualify for L1 visa at this stage so my questions are the following:

How can I signal to the recruiter that I am interested in relocation to the US as a perk?

How do I seek companies that do that?
