Shibboleth: Python script to check for known magic bytes at the start of a file

My cursory view suggests that the shibboleth file could be exported into something that file could parse. But of course there's the overhead of all the things which shibboleth doesn't try to handle.
I then wondered where the signatures came from. My again cursory view shows many file signatures which aren't in file/magic. Which makes me think they could be folded in.
I'm left wondering. Cursorily.
Shibboleth is the name of a common single sign-on service. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shibboleth_Single_Sign-on_arch...
