If you just shut down your brain and start casting aspersions when confronted with skepticism you'll continue to act in blind defence of the dominant narrative. You are smart enough to do better than that.

Lots of people get Covid, and there's nothing wrong with wearing a mask in hopes of avoiding it. But as the example you cited, most people recover fully (even if they're old and fat like him). And very very many people test positive without ever having any symptoms at all.

The SCIENCE isn't nearly as clear cut as the dominant narrative suggests. And it doesn't DICTATE one course of action as prescribed by some authority.
