Article is terrible, is it .1% of income or net worth? Lots of companies are leaving SF and CA in general in droves, this is not going to help generate revenue, but laws like this just incentivize the leaving.
Why stop at businesses? Nancy Pelosi's yearly salary is at $223,500. Maybe she should start paying 0.6 percent of her salary to the city of San Francisco?
