Female job seekers using less feminine language less likely to get hired: study

> “If (men) are super confident, people don’t care if they’re likable.”

Are there studies to this effect? I've sat on hiring committees where we rejected competent men who were jerks or maybe even just a little too cold for our liking. Don't want my anecdotal experience clouding my perception of reality if they don't match.

This is in harmony with job advice I give to my sons.
