Show HN: Tracker inspired by Atomic Habits with results

Hi All,

Sharing a template that I have successfully used to track and improve my habits (using plain old excel), and have seen good results:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10j_wA27aiRoOMP3DL9TqHrcG2_pskAW9iB_k857uohk/edit?usp=sharing

If anyone is interested, here is some write-up that covers my introspection about this sheet, and the process that lead to it, and the results I have seen in the past: https://littleblah.com/post/patterns_and_habits/

P.S. I have no affiliations with Atomic Habits or https://jamesclear.com/, but I have found it as one of the best books for changing habits to get positive results.

Thanks.
