Cloudflare login and dashboard seems to be down

Where are you seeing this problem? I just logged into my account and I am not seeing any problems.

Login seems to be in redirect loop: https://imgur.com/a/dWTpG99

That's a rate limit being hit. If you continue to have problems drop an email to support @ cloudflare DOT com.

It looks like this is being reported here as well: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/

OK... now I'm in the appropriate chat room at Cloudflare where it's being debugged.

Thanks for looking :)
