Starlink Is Open for Business

I'm kinda curious how starlink would do if they went public? And if they would take the spac or direct listing route to get out faster? And if starlink would IPO?

Also does Starlink hire SpaceX engineers? So how would their Ipo work? People in spacex who worked on starlink will get transfered to that company?

Since starlink already has a successful customer (tesla). I wonder how other space companies and etfs would do given that theres a lot of hype around space companies
