Yes, I was a little confused at why the article framed it as "a loss for ISPs". Did ISPs pay Ars Technica to put a spin on it?

Well the ISPs are financing the side that fought for the injunction and lost, are they not?

That wasn't the tone of the article and it's disingenuous to pretend it was.
