Ferrocene Part 3: The Road

I dug through very briefly. it used to be called "sealed rust" because they were taking features & pieces of rust & standardizing them. sealed rust was the fully approved & specified subset. now just called Ferrocene.

trying to make a specified validate-able language (front end) & then specify behaviors for how back ends to various targets (cranelift wasm being the new kid on the block beyond the typical llvm).
