Why Should I learn Python?

You should have a problem you need to solve, evaluate what programing languages will help you solve that problem and learn the language you need.
If you want to make a video game you probably don't want Python, you might choose Godot and learn C# or its internal scripting language. (Or Unitys C#) or Unreal (C++ or its Visual Scripts)
If you want to make a complex web app you might want to learn JavaScript and deploy your code both client and server side.
If you want to write a mobile app for iOS or Android, there are lots of choices there as well, though at a guess you would be jumping through a lot of hoops to get a Python program working in those environments.
Languages are just tools. Pick the right tool for the job.
I also wouldn't learn one because its the best tool for the job. The best tool for a job is the one you know best.
I'd learn a language based on it's practicality to keep the lights on at home. Where I live in the US, that's Java, C# and Javascript. Of course one can go beyond that, and really diving into many things is fine, but if you focus on one of the "big 3" first, if you do want to stop branching out, you're left with a geographically broadly applicable way to feed a family.
Of course it all comes down to taste. I am in no way "Right" about if one should learn Python or not.
I should also add the umpire/scipy/matplotlib stack.
