Hey HN! I'm Gaurav, founder at Superadmin. It’s like a visual CI for your web apps. You can run the test-runner on builds and it will render pages and alert you if there's any changes.

We had a tool like this at Google and I know many companies build something simple on their own or setup really complex toolchains to do this. With the use of a chrome browser extension (coming soon) we're looking to make a no code tool to build tests and make it easier to get regression testing checked off for dev teams.

It’s free to use and getting started from sign-up to running tests should take less than 5 minutes.

And we’d love to hear what you think!

Oh wow super interesting - At my last job we had really poor testing and something to visually monitor for breakages would have been perfect. Does this do a screenshot diff between builds? Does it run on CI or periodically?

Great to hear! It runs on your CI currently, you can run the test-runner in your favorite CI (circle, travis, etc). And it uses that as a trigger. You have to start your server locally in the CI and it will take over from there running your tests.

We're adding the option to run periodically or trigger builds without an existing CI soon!

Cool. How does creation of a test work? Through DOM element inspection or screenshot comparison?
