Ask HN: Someone is selling his/her memory through NFT, is it ethical?

Hi everyone, Lately I've been researching about NFT and I've been checking some NFT marketplaces to see how people are making money. Today I came across a product on the opensea.io which it remindes me of SciFi movies. Someone is trying to sell his memory on NFT. I don't how should I feel, but from my perspective it's kind of creepy and unethical. Now that the NFT is opening its way through the world, don't you think there should be some sort of rules for this marketplaces like other virtual and physical stores?
