Search telegram for fbleaks

how does one search telegram? Isn't it just a person to person messaging app?

I had a similar confusion; apparently you can form long-running, multi-thousand user, searchable chat rooms.

They're called channels (when it's X to many), or super groups (when you have more than N people talking with each other).
