Show HN: Pull Requests and Reputation for Building Public Knowledgebase

Author here. This is a website which uses edit requests inspired by GitHub's pull requests and StackOverflow-inspired reputation system to manage crowd-sourced database. This approach should allow anyone to contribute but still ensure high content quality.

The contribution system is still being actively developed, but our main goal is to make it simple, because unlike GitHub or StackOverflow, our site is for the general public, not just programmers.
