Powerset is worth whatever MSFT was willing to pay for it, not what the predictor says its worth.

MSFT was willing to pay Powerset for whatever it thinks its worth. So acquisition price is fair enough I think.

Officially, MSFT will pay as little as it can (ethically/legally/effectively) get away with.
