Europeans just don't know how to make money. We should ship some of our best Americans to Europe, replace their senior leadership and show them how to learn, and then migrate their capital to the United States, where it rightfully belongs.
In this case I think the poster of this comment is not starting a flamewar, but instead making the kind of claim this article's author made, to show how poorly it can read when it is made in the other direction.

I'm not sure if this is sarcasm, but many Scandinavian countries have apparently learned how to make enough money to provide some of the best public resources in the world, that make the USA look like a developing country
