This is the first I have heard of this company, but I really like the concept. I'm not surprised that the "better" news sources are generally smaller publications. I'd be really interested to see this extended to e.g. substack to pick out informative and balanced articles on topics. At the same time, I'm curious about the basis for the assessments. I wouldn't want just another google or Facebook telling me what I should believe. The proof would be in what kinds of articles they surface I guess.
Thanks for the kind note. I'm one of the founders of The Factual. Our aim is not to tell you what to believe but to curate multiple, highly informative, minimally-opinionated articles across the political spectrum on every topic so that you can reach your own conclusions.
Best way to see this is to sign up for our daily newsletter which adds an editorial layer atop our ratings for a highly polished product.
