Ask HN: US Semiconductor/Foundries or orgs positioned to capitalize on onshoring

I am looking for companies, ideally publicly traded but not necessarily, that are positioned to capitalize on domestic US foundry and semiconductor production and the onshoring of semiconductor supply chain.

Can you point me to them?

As a bonus, the same goes for Europe.

Mostly looking to do equity purchases, options if liquid. But open to more illiquid things as well.
