Twitter Said It Restricted Palestinian Writer's Account by Accident

How many more of these so-called 'accidents' does it take to stop using Twitter? So when users tweeted the magic word 'hammer' a few months ago, they immediately were banned for no specific explanation or reason except 'broke the rules' or 'by accident'. And now this.
And Twitter won't even explain their own actions on their own platform and continuously refuses to comment on the specifics to what lead to this 'accident' (since they are a private company and don't have to.)
Must be hiding something to save themselves from 'accidental' negative press coverage eh?
If there is a common line here it's that twitter should't be executing these bans so candidly, there is some common ground here across the political spectrum.
But instead there is some strange need to frame it in the antagonistic sense. As if every argument can only be formed if it is first validated to be against the position of the other side.
my argument was had this been an issue with some pro israel person on the table, they would not have dared done such a thing because "repercussions and lobbying". its on record that in india facebook decided to not pursue something when it found out the ruling party was involved. they actively colluded with them and then say "oh. a mistake" is not being honest.
i'm saying why isnt twitter banning people who are saying that the israeli offensive is "revenge" for disturbing the peace of their home or something to that end, while the army calls murder of civilians as the fault of the other party. why dont these companies target them then if they are so candid right now?
