List of people declared persona non grata

A list of people who were declared persona non grata -- to a particular Country...
Which makes me wonder (as a philosopher-comedy-writer or perhaps comedy-philosopher)... what would be the most extreme version of this?
I mean, could someone be banned from Earth?
Not just one Country -- but the entire Earth -- itself?
I mean, there's 193 or so countries in the world (well, apparently 204 if non U.N. member countries are counted), but,
Would it be possible for someone to be banned from all of them -- at the same time?
?
...and all of the world's oceans -- and North Pole and South Pole too?
?
Also, someone wouldn't want to be banned by a large important Country -- but what if they were banned by a smaller, more insignificant one?
Like, what if they were banned from some small insignificant (well, as far as global trade goes!) micro island nation?
?
Or, what if someone was banned from regions that they really really (and I mean really!) -- didn't want to visit?
?
Like the Gobi or Sahara Desert?
Or the northernmost tundra region of Canada?
You know, as close as you can get to the North Pole -- while still remaining in Canada... That whole artic circle thing, where it's really really cold, and really really dark for most of the year...
You know, if someone gets banned from Twitter or some other social media site -- that's one thing -- but a Global persona non grata ban?
Well, that's something else entirely! <g>
(Disclaimer: The above was written for humor-writing (and perhaps thought-provoking!) purposes only! <g>)
Alternatively, a sentence to life in jail without parole would be essentially the same - you would be banned from the entire world minus whatever small space your jail occupies. And unlike being stateless, people will try really hard to ensure you don't set foot on the rest of the world.
In fact, a person who commits a crime might actually be welcome in another country that doesn't consider your infraction to be criminal (e.g. if you're in jail for being gay, probably there are many countries that would happily give you refuge if you could somehow figure a way to break out of jail and cross their border).
To truly be banned from the world, you'd likely have committed serious crimes. And thus you wouldn't just be "persona-non-grata" but charged with something like war-crimes in international court. Then I think many countries would love to have you... locked in a cell... but safely within their borders.
It is possible for country A and B to both conclude under their laws that (1) you have the nationality of the other country and, (2) you have forfeited your right to the nationality of the country making the decision.
Both would agree that the net result is undesirable, but insist that the other country was in error.
(Also, just because its in an international agreement doesn’t mean a country won’t blatantly do it without even pretense of compliance.)
> UK Home Secretary Sajid Javid announced that an order had been made with the intention of stripping Begum of her British citizenship. The UK government could not legally deprive her of British citizenship if doing so would leave her stateless. However, the UK government contended that Begum was eligible for citizenship of Bangladesh and was not left stateless. The Government of Bangladesh, however, stated that Begum does not currently hold Bangladeshi citizenship and would not be allowed to enter the country.
Yes, but if you were despised by 193 countries in the world, I think it's safe to say that you'd just be assassinated instead.
These persona-non-grata are really used to ban diplomats (and thus, someone acting on behalf of at least one country).
> On December 10, 2019, Kosovo declared the Austrian author Peter Handke persona non grata after he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature.[94]
